WireNut So I’m looking to go lower to roll comfortably static . What is a good balance. Front - lowering torsion key, ball joint flip, spindles, ? Rear - dearched leaf springs, blocks, c notch, ?
RayDawg WireNut Front - Flipping the joints will net you about an inch or so. Also, drop spindles will push the wheels out so you will have to watch what wheels you run. Rear - you can get away with 4 in blocks and cut bump stops without having to notch the frame but thats about it.
kz6fittycent Yeah up front I think you've got it - I would reindex the torsion bars to start, and then go from there. Blocks in the back would be my "go-to" as I am not certain you're gonna find springs anymore - could be wrong. I don't think c-notching is gonna be necessary for a mildly lowered truck. If you're gonna be slamming it, that's a different discussion IMO.
