Toolbox Restoration

I once wrote on the ole Facebook group about these old toolboxes that my dad had.

After he passed on I decided to get them and restore them.

These are from the 60's best I can tell. They are older than me that's for sure.

In this photo I was probably 3 or 4 and I was standing on the cabinet.

Nice job Mitch! It would be very cool to try and source some of those decals that he had on the underside of the lid, and place them accordingly.

Just watched the video Mitch! Nice job on the tool boxes! I definitely know how much they can mean to you......I have different things from my Dad that I will keep forever, mainly construction related, as that was his world......and mine as well.
The new shop is very nice! Love it! Keep up the great work, and enjoy it at the same time buddy!

I have a snap on box that I inherited from a close friend. Still functions and everything, although it does have one bullet hole. I’m not going to repair that one as I remember the story attached to it.
