Does this seem normal with the old torn carrier bearing in it?

Is the yolk to far out the trans? My short bed wasn't this hard?

That seems way to far out to me.
Mine are a lot further in.

MazdaMitch that's what I thought and my short bed was way farther in than that I can figure out what is wrong I guess I'm in the market for a set of stock leafs lol
