Snap-on Allen Wrench set

I have been cleaning, and cleaning, and cleaning old tools and putting them away in Dad's old toolboxes that I restored.

I came across this Snap-on Allen wrench set and was absolutely amazed at this teeny tiny one at the end that was .028 in size.

Check it out. I can't imagine using it.

That's pretty darn small! But if a set screw needed that size, then only that size would work!!

So much stuff is metric these days, but not all. Definitely worth keeping. Especially for the family history.

Me - my dad was definitely "not handy" at all. But he did own a discount store in Wheeling, WV when we lived in Pittsburgh, and I still have (and use) a steel Stanley claw hammer and a genuine original Vise Grips from that store, about 1962.

Cusser yes my dad was an auto mechanic through the 60s and seventies and later turned into an iron worker and welder so a lot of his tools are from the sixties and seventies and some early '80s.

I really wish he was here to watch me go through all of these tools, his tools, cleaning them, restoring his toolboxes, and answer any questions that I had about these certain tools.
