You can pull the spark plugs out, crank the engine over and it should blow out whatever is in there if it's really bad.
Probably need to look and see how well the plugs are anyways, blow em dry with compressed air.
If they are not terribly wet, it's not flooded.
Generally if one was flooded you could just wait till the next day and it should be fine and not be flooded....itll evaporate
