I got the 1985 b2000 a few months ago and the carb failed on me was running to rich, and didnt like having to idle at traffic lights and broke down on me, so ive been watching all your videos and gonna get a weber, but im just wondering if it will still work as its a year older than the 86 youve been working on

It should but showing us a picture of the truck is not as important to showing a picture of the engine.

You can use redlineweber.com to look up the part number for the kit for your truck but it should be K 675

Ah sorry i shouldve started with a photo of the engine bay it seems like some of the componets are on opposite sides as it was imported from japan and its right hand side drive, any tips for removing the intake so i can tap the vaccum ports and plug them. and also how to remove the egr

Yeah intake looks the same.

Looks darn similar to USA trucks.

Mitch has a video about plugging the ports on the intake manifold in the Files section. The intake and the EGR simply unbolt as in B2000 and B2200 trucks in USA. The EGR can be left in place as the block off if its valve is closed, or one can buy a block off plate from Mitch or make your own, as not needed with aftermarket Weber.
