Removing the HVAC duct under the column, complicated?

before i just started removing with then finding out i need to take the dash out or something silly. i wanted to ask here.

is it as simple as removing that one scree i visually see or is there more i don't see. i rather find out what i am getting into. FYI this is related to my wiper fuse keeps blowing when i turn on the truck issue. that tube is in the way of my head fitting under there enough to see what the wiring is doing from column switch south. Trying this before undoing miles of electrical tape under the hood to trace it from that end.

I will watch the series tomorrow at work. However, that video shows behind glove box. I need down the column and under the driver side dash piece. That’s the ductwork. I’m trying to figure out if I can remove and replace without it being terribly complicated.

Yeah my videos did not cover anything on the driver side like that.
The duct work is way up under there.
Best I can remember it is attached to the dash.

That's going to be a tough one unless you're a contortionist.

Turns out, two screws and a little massaging and it comes right out without issue. i didn't try to get it back in but it is out. it also comes apart in two pieces if needed. Though i figured that part out after it was already out.
