So I'm having a weird issue, my rear driver side running light hasn't worked for a while, so I swapped the bulb and it works on the passenger side so it's not the bulb, now after taking the taillight out, the signal and brake/running light both activate when 4 ways are put on, brake pedal activates the turn signal and the brake light but like less than full power. I know I'm having an electrical issue I just don't know where to start. Any help would be awesome, I tested the voltage of the plug with the taillights disconnected, the bottom middle plug read 3v, then brakes on and the left side plug read 10v, but now everything is all weird and I'm confused. My signal did work normally, after taking a look at it and unplugging it and plugging it back in it doesn't work as it did before.
