eBay cylinder head

So a friend of mine, he's in the forum but never uses it, has a new head for his truck still in the box and it's an eBay head.

It's not from Odessa (Clearwater) so just wondering if it's one of those heads where the cam may wipe easily?

Back in 2011 I purchased new pistons, rings, and bearings for my B2200 through Mizumo. I was satisfied with their quality. I had my cylinder head re-done locally.

I'm in the middle of a rebuild and have the evergreen kit I'm not sure where the pistons and stuff are from it came with the truck I bought
