MazdaMitch @Cusser I think you can use your mouse and drag over the text you want to quote and the quote thing will pop up.

Yes......when you "drag over the text" the text will become "highlighted" and once you stop "dragging" the "QUOTE" button will pop up......and then just click that, and you will have the text entered into your reply.
MazdaMitch Cusser it's like a lot of things these days learn by clicking and touching trial and error.
