Good day to all!
It all started with the proportioning valve leaking. I bought several used ones, (since no new ones are available), and the same issue. As I was bleeding the system I came across other issues, like a locked brake cylinder and the other one leaking. Replaced both cylinders, drums, new shoes, new calipers upfront, new master, and new booster. Resolved the issue with the proportioning valve leaking and started to bleed the system again. I have done this in plenty of cars throughout the years and this is the first time I can not get the brakes to work. I have fluid coming out as I go through the process, but the pedal does not stay up. I checked to make sure everything was tight and I have not found leaks anywhere. I am extremely puzzled! Any help will be greatly appreciated.
