Crankshaft and camshaft seals

Has anyone had experience with replacing the front crankshaft and camshaft seals on a 2.0L engine?

Mrbill look around on the website there is a ton of files the workshop manual will help you out a ton that's where Cussers image came from.

They are also the same exact seal.......both the crank and cam seals.
