BTW here is a pic of what I was talking about earlier, and I will go up and edit the post to include it.
This is the stock setup, with the hose attached to the valve cover, and it goes into the breather where it meets another filter to "catch" the oil blow by.
Often times there would be a little oil in the filter housing.
