It does appear to be in good shape, body wise. If you are using the flared sheet metal, but not the plastic trim "flares" on the wheel wells, there are always people looking for those to use on their 4wd trucks........so you may want to try and keep those in good shape, especially if all 4 are there! Transfer Case, Transmission, Rear end, Front end, and both driveshafts command some bucks also........I would not scrap them, that's for sure.
