It is all steel. 6 4x8 sheets of 14ga end to end and the letters are 4’ tall. Letters all unbolt and sheets come apart at their ends.

Picked up my shop some from getting that sign out of there. Finished wheel bearings and put tie rod ends on. Had the tires taken off my wheels to take to the machine shop. Looks like someone torched the centers out.

Started the drivers side tear down to catch it up to the other side.

Got the whole 4wd frontend fit up for the first time. Bumpstop bracket cut off and smoothed out on the driver side. Steering wheel came in. Thought it was tan but guess not.

Sign background painted, letters covered in copper leaf and hung up.

Bumpstop bracket cut off, suspension parts all sandblasted and painted, frame all painted.

Got the plates to make my other drop control arm all fit and tacked on.

Seats are at the upholstery place. The brown and plaid are the seat colors. Will be a French stitch like on the black material and I’m thinking about blue carpet.

Xoloanon Man, I went to one of the only automotive upholstery shops in my area and dude wanted $1700 to do the seats and doors for my B2000. I said, what about just the seats? I think he wanted $750. I didn't even want to do any matching. I was looking at hounds tooth for mine.

I'm curious what you were quoted and if the guy I was talking to was gouging me.

Steering wheel came in. Think I’m either going to try and dye it or have it wrapped in matching seat material.

No, but it's an RX-7 horn button. Other than the logo emblem, which is gloss black, I painted it gray to match my wheel and the rest of my interior.

It was $950 to get my two seats done in my red truck. These are stock bucket seats redone.

That was in 2020.

MazdaMitch Alright - so dude was legit. Unfortunately, I didn't have anyone else to compare his prices with in my area. There were several upholstery shops near me back in TN. Oh well...

I had my B2200 bucket seats re-upholstered in mid 1990s, so even if I dug up the receipt, the amount would be ridiculous for 2025...

Guy doing mine does it on the side. He told me acouple hundred per seat. He’s also had them for about 2 months so there’s that too.

Painted a wheel dark metallic gray to try and figure out what color I want to paint them.
