86 Mazda B2000- Replacement Exhaust System

Hey everyone!, new to the forum. I need to replace my entire factory exhaust system. I can find replacement headers and mufflers but having a real difficult time finding replacement cat back pipe kits or parts. Can any one direct me to a good source to order. I would prefer a single vendor if possible but open. Just need to get the replacement parts. I am open to all options. Does not have to be direct factory replacement. But I dont want to mess around with custom bending \ installation. Simple bolt on options. I will be replacing the headers as well. So complete exhaust. Any help would be appreciated!

I don't think they exist.

I could be wrong, but I just made my own. I have a welder, cutters, etc, and bought some SS pipe and parts from Amazon and got to it.

Obviously, any good muffler shop can bend you up something in quick order.

Thanks for the feedback. I am hoping I can find parts that are bolt on ready and I can assemble it myself. Trying to squeeze out every dollar I can as I restore my truck. I dont have a welder yet so while I like the idea and eventually will be getting one this approach is not really an option for me right now.

Ultimately if I have to go that route I will. I just hate the thought of paying for the labor for something I am pretty sure I could do myself. Thats more money in pocket that can be used for other project work on my truck.

I had a shop do mine, used a aftermarket universal cat, its small like 6" long then a small magnaflow muffler then out pass the axle, has a good sound

Yep, the quick an easy is taking it to a shop and I will if there are no other viable options.

Once you have a part number for a section of the exhaust that you need, Google that part number to see where you can get it from.

A lot of the stores are showing that the TAILPIPE is not available.......so you may have to look hard for some of the parts/items!

My town's O'Reilly's states that you need to call and order it, but they might say that they can't get it also.

Awesome. I was searching for a usable breakdown like that. Even when i was checking Mazda Parts a lot of the items were no longer available. Thank you so much. This give me more than I had to work with.

basically the pipe, hangers etc. I am replacing stock headers. I can find those replacements as well as a muffler. I just need everything in between

Axel, using the information you provided put me in the right direction. I think I have identified all of the parts including gaskets, hangers, clamps I need for the exhaust. Overall Looks like a budget of around $550.00. this is mostly all stock level replacement as a starting point. Here is the list of parts
