MazdaMitch Mrcrowley What book was it you were using? You know I have several docs about timing here on the site, and the Mazda Service Manual.
Mrcrowley MazdaMitch the haynes manual but it's for rebuilding the motor and trans my brother bought it for me
MazdaMitch I have the Haynes manual and the Chilton manual and I would like to get that Haynes manual purchase and put it on this website.
Cusser I don't have Haynes or Chilton, just the soft cover/paperback 1988 Mazda truck service manual I purchased back in 1994 when I got my B2200. And I have the B-Series online PDF 1992 service manual and 1991 wiring manuals.
MazdaMitch Cusser it really can't be beat. I use the others to verify or cross reference at times, to deduce a correct answer
Axel-Breaker-Earl I have the real loose leaf binder FSM's in 1993, 1991, & 1990 I think.......plus a paperback 1986 FSM. I also have a 1988 (I think) paperback electrical wiring FSM.
Cusser lizardkingjr - I have that same book, but I paid a lot more than that listing back in 1995....good price for someone with a 1988....
Cusser lizardkingjr I can't imagine that the 1988 book would be much different than the 1987 book. The 1988 manual doesn't include anything specific to B2000 model such as the mechanical valve adjustment.
Cusser I have same book; came with my 1988 when I purchased it in 1994. I think I still have the dealer sticker too. I don't have the Walmart Great Value bag though !
kz6fittycent Man! My first car (my dad's old car) was an 88 Mazda 323! I remember that book. I also had an 88 RX-7, and I "think" I had that book for that car, too.
Mrcrowley Mrcrowley I owned an 85 rx7 4 barrel when I was 17 I luved that car and want another one bad
