Even in the early 1990s, the dealer replacement electric part of ignition switch did NOT include those "speed nuts"/retainers. I asked the Mazda parts guy, and he said they were not even listed. I'd go to local Ace Hardware, they have individual speed nuts of various sizes available in the little drawers. Some can be metal, some are fiber.
