Mrcrowley What would be the reason a crankshaft not turning with new bearings in it won't even try to move warped that bad?
Cusser Bearings come in standard, and oversize for turned-down crankshafts. Wrong-sized bearings = trouble. Tell us if this is before the connecting rods are installed or not.
Axel-Breaker-Earl Pictures of the new bearing packaging and info on them, will help. The more pictures that you can post, the better we can analyze the whole situation, and therefore give you accurate answers.
kz6fittycent @Mrcrowley - Did you check clearances w/ plasti-gauge? See page B1-50 of https://mazdaminitruckin.com/service-manual/#Engine-B2200
Mrcrowley kz6fittycent I found out what my problem is they got 0.025 bearings and I'm not sure I need them
Axel-Breaker-Earl Mrcrowley I found out what my problem is they got 0.025 bearings and I'm not sure I need them The bearings should have that info stamped/etched into the backside of each bearing half.
kz6fittycent If you use plasti-gauge to check the clearances - short of using micrometers - it'll give you a fair indication of what bearings you actually need, and if your clearances are in spec. You can get some plasti-gauge from Amazon or maybe your local parts house has some in stock. None of those around me had it, so I had to go to Amazon to get it.
