TheBro Hello, does anyone know the hose clamp size for the Coolant bypass hoses? I'm looking at ordering some but I have no idea which ones to buy. Also the clamp sizes for the heater hoses would be great too. Cheers

OOOhhh you beat me to the question .. lol I was about to order a spring clamp set from Amazon, so yes, who knows how big the radiator hoses are? I am assuming, the 25mm or 22mm will fit and I was able to find a decent kit which included pliers and 10 of each of those sizes instead of 4. https://a.co/d/7PvsPVV
Axel-Breaker-Earl What type of hose clamp are you planning to use? The factory style spring clamps? Or the common worm drive clamps? There are also common clamps designed for fuel injection.
Cusser On my '88 B2200, I just measured the hose outside diameters for youns: radiator hoses: 46mm heater hoses 25mm forward bypass hose 16mm (10mm i.d.) Remember: one of the bypass hoses is smaller 8mm i.d. !!!!
